Their 60th Anniversary was over a week ago. I marvel with the reality of staying together through thick and thin.! They look wonderful together. It is so fortunate they had family with them to celebrate! The Grandchildren added a flair while I say, "Chicken", they say "Cheese". Although they did say chicken once or maybe twice. Lol! Wishing many more years together for the Andersons!

“The Magic of Migration” This is what I believe is the first generation of the monarch this spring/summer. It seems at times the monarch likes to bask in the sun. By the thinner veins and black dots on the hind wings, this is a male. My husband spotted this monarch. I was fortunate it stayed still long enough to get my camera.

“Wishes are not only for humans!” I have become more of an environmentalist, yet I know I am not perfect. I did not know that Goldfinches love dandelions. They forage for the seeds and the females pad their nests with the fluff. The rain did not deter the finches from foraging.

"I Want Candy" Briella chose the theme. We had some other more serious smiley poses also. For this post, I chose images that mostly fit the theme. There is one thing for this active girl, I love that I have strobes that catch things and freeze the moment. The candy in the air is an example of the stobe catching it and freezing it. Thanks for being patient with me.
