I sent off my final gallery for the year last week and truly truly just feeling so grateful!!
The fall marked three years since I took the leap into putting myself out there and starting this little side business (pushing myself out there if I’m honest…the spotlight is not where I long to be 😂), & this year specifically I feel so deeply how I’ve learned + grown. I’ve said yes to opportunities that felt scary, no to things that I knew wouldn’t fill my cup, and I’ve explored creative techniques to get me closer to where I want to be as a photographer. Most importantly, I’ve learned to trust my calling and to be more confident in my own style + vision.
So if you’ve played any sort of role in those things, be it trusting me with the beautiful weight of capturing a season or milestone for your family, or giving a follow, a comment or an encouraging word…a fellow photographer that’s offered kindness or wisdom…my most heartfelt *~thank you~*. This gig that I get to do fills a special part of me + really is my heart’s work.
With all of that…Merry Christmas + HNY to you! I’m pretty giddy about what 2026 has in store. ✨
