West Virginia day is getting close again. So i wanted to share the video i made last year as I prepare to make a new one. I've been to so many more beautiful places since and I hope I can take the time to share a lot of those.
West Virginia will be turning 163 years old on June 20th! 😊
& I can't wait.

A little history behind how Smoke Hole Caverns in West Virginia got its name.
Smoke Hole is a guided tour that teaches you the history behind everything you're seeing.
Such a cool experience!
I did this tour as part of my layover experience when riding on Potomac Eagle Scenic Railroad 🦅
For the 8-hour Petersburg excursion you're given the option to go to Smoke Hole on shuttle or to explore the town of Petersburg. This is how I spent my layover and next time ill definitely check out Petersburg WV more! 😊
