Growing up with a desire to capture every moment, every special event through the lens, it was a no-brainer for me to pursue photography as a career. I graduated from Black Hills State University with a degree in Mass Communication/Photography. During that time, I had the opportunity to photograph in the beautiful state of South Dakota, where I grew up. Some of my experience there included working

as a Freelance Photographer for the local newspaper, and as a Photographer for the South Dakota Department of Tourism and State Development. I have had pictures printed in such publications as Ladies' Home Journal, Family Circle, South Dakota Magazine, and online at MSNBC.com. Now living in Florida, I have enjoyed photographing in its many diverse and wonderful landscapes. From beaches to forests, lakefronts and Everglades, there are endless opportunities for session locations.
