Hello Everyone,
I hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful day! I know my absence has been noticed and with that I do apologize, along with personal reasons, over doing it work wise, minor health issues, and life being life I haven’t been as good to some as you as I should have been! Communication has been lacking, I have missed booking new clients, I have scared some away, galleries have been delivered late and no matter what the excuse it’s shows a level of unprofessionalism that wasn’t my intent at all… with everything I said before I also had a very big scare as my whole computer system crashed due to a virus and it messed everything up, I was just so overwhelmed, sick with worry as these things can’t be redone, yes I back images up to a flash drive as well but this virus effected everything my phone, programs and all, I lost images in the past which was my own fault and it cost me alot to get them back (and that was just one session comparied to alot!!) I was so sick thinking that would happen again, how this would be the end of my business and I couldnt put that worry on my clients unless I absolutely had too… however thank god not one image is missing or damaged!! I know I have some very unhappy clients and I hope you understand my reasoning for not being able to just lie my way around everything, or have people adding to the stress of the situation… and I may be wrong on the way I handeled it to some and otherss may have done it differently however I thought this was best. I am however so sorry for all of it!
I will be reaching out to anyone effected by this, if your gallery was a certain amount of images you will get all of them for free, I will also be sending a disk over with the images, and giving gift certificates for a completely free session of your choosing…
I also really hope this doesn’t scare anyone away, as it also made me contemplate if I even had it in me to keep going as a Photographer! I assure you the issue is taken care of, I now have the best antivirus protection, and was so relieved it only stole time and not unforgettable memories..
My messenger has also been hit and miss lately so its uninstalled for now until I have time to get to that, so if anyone has any questions send me a text 7656314568 ( I know some have and I will to them shortly..)
I do so much appreciate this opportunity to do what I love, I know this post might bring some negative feedback, I just ask that you personally send it to me as it’s already hit me hard enough, I have beaten myself up enough and its was just another lesson to learn from and know in the future…. and thank you all for your booking with me and always for the support! Booking was on hold but not anymore and I have complete open availability aside from one wedding so help me catch up!! I hope everyone is safe over this long weekend and hope everyone enjoys it!!
