🤍 a lil’ update, but had to post this little cutie for attention…
• Fall is definitely busy season within my photography business, but it’s also the busiest season within life in general (holidays, family things, baseball, chasing a little 1 year old around lol, etc) which is why I haven’t had time to do much social media work at all… but i wanted to just thank you all so so much for all the patience in the world while I work on everyone’s galleries 🫶🏼

Other than one date that is currently pending, I’m basically booked up for the remainder of the year! As long as the weather cooperates for remaining sessions, I may have additional dates that I have marked off for weather reschedules - but will open those up if and when I can! Please continue to reach out though as I’ll fit you in if I can!!
Indoor:
I do have dates open for anything that can be done in the studio. Just message me if you need any indoor sessions done!

I’m basically just a small-town girl trying to live her dream, even for just a moment. I’m originally from the small town of Paris, Texas. I moved with my mom to Kentucky when I was 17 and a senior in high school. The rest of my family still lives in Texas + we visit as often as we can. I went on to graduate with a bachelor’s degree in business from Eastern Kentucky University and currently work in a local office doing accounts payable as my full-time job. I married a sweet man in 2010, who finally gave me a push towards my photography passion by buying me my first DSLR in 2015. ♥
I’ve had a passion for photography as long as I can remember. I got my first camera when I was just a little girl and was printing photos and scrap-booking all the time before I even entered middle school. I was a part of our yearbook committee in high school and loved every second of it. I’ve always been known to have a camera in my hand. I’ve dreamed of starting a part-time business with photography longer than I can remember, but only recently decided to give it a spin.
I prefer shooting outside with as much natural sunlight as possible. The golden hour is my favorite. Although studio photography has made leaps and bounds since I was younger; I’ve just never been a huge fan of it so I don’t plan to open a studio any time soon.
Besides photography + my family - I’m a huge lover of dogs, my home city/state of Paris/Texas, bright colors, dophins, the warmth of summertime, caribbean beaches, chocolate, sea-turtles, camping, boating around the lake, Dr. Pepper + sweet tea, sales, Christmas, and BIG smiles!
On the other hand - I absolutely despise cold weather, bugs, and most veggies.
When I’m not shooting or working, I love camping with my family at the lake or traveling any chance I get. Besides photography, I also have a side gig selling Mary Kay. I also volunteer some of my time as the pageant director for the Boyle County Fair, as well as serve as a committee member on the Kentucky County Fair Board. ♥
Due to not having a studio + working a full-time job, I am not able to offer as much availability as a full-time photographer would as I have to work around the available sunlight after my regular workday.
March - October ♥ sessions take place on available weekday evenings (Monday-Thursday) after 5:30 with the last session happening 30 minutes - 1 hour before sunset. (exceptions are made for weddings)
November- February ♥ sessions take place mainly on available Sunday evenings, although occasional Saturdays are also sometimes available as well. (exceptions are made for weddings)
** side-note: I only take on a very limited amount of sessions during the months of May + June as I also volunteer as the pageant director for the Boyle County Fair. If you need a date in those months - let me know ASAP and we will try our hardest to work it out!
2020 Portrait Sessions
the Story package - $220
relaxed time setting - 35 edited images with print release - USB included
the Memory package - $110
twenty minute session - 10 edited images with print release
2020 Weddings
Norma Collection; up to 2 hours $400.00
Vicki Collection; up to 4 hours $850.00 (second shooter included)
Loveta Collection; up to 6 hours $1100.00 (second shooter included)
Ruth Collection; full day coverage $1500.00 (second shooter included)
A retainer of 50% of your session fee is taken at time of booking in order to hold your date. Retainers are non-refundable unless bad weather, illness, an act of God, or any other reason causes me to cancel your session instead of rescheduling in which the I would absolutely refund the full amount you have paid to me. If you are unable to make your scheduled session date due to any reason at all, we will do everything we can to reschedule your session to a new date that works for both of us.
Please be on time or let me know ASAP if you are running late! I will be happy to wait an additional 10-15 minutes after our agreed upon time in case you were caught in bad traffic, but if I have not heard from you within that time, I will determine that you were a no-show and you will forfeit your retainer for the session. If you are running late - please let me know ASAP so that we can adjust accordingly. Also, please note that by being late, you are also forfeiting the time that you are late. Your session will still end at the same time regardless!
