Hello everyone, I decided it would be smart to introduce myself. My name is Emily Parcell and I currently reside in Danielsville, Georgia although I am originally from Goshen, Indiana. I was born and raised on my family's farm, which helped shape the person I am today. I was also a 10-year (18-year if you count having siblings before you) 4-H member at the Elkhart County 4-H Fair where I showed both swine and dairy feeder steers. Now I am a proud 4-H aunt and supporter.
My passion for photography came from my grandfather who, amongst our family, was known to have documented much of his adventures in the same fashion. That being said, I worked for my high school yearbook, then went on to get an undergraduate degree in journalism. Capturing countless memories has been a great honor, and one that I pray continues for a long time.
Currently I am a graduate student at the University of Georgia, where I am working towards my doctorate in agricultural and environmental education. Be on the lookout for me around Indiana and Georgia, where I can be found by the show ring.
If you would like me to photograph your child or event, please feel free to reach out, and I will try my best to help achieve your visions or hopes for capturing these memories.
