My name is Amanda Raye and I'm a rising freelance boutique studio photographer born and raised in Southwestern Virginia. I've always had a passion for photography and creating whimsical and mysterious photos alongside nature and adding my creative touches. I've always loved to travel and see the beauty the world has to offer along with the experiences given to me when meeting n

ew people. I love to learn and embrace knowledge from those more experienced then myself as I feel it is very important key to learn something new everyday. I would like to think that anyone who crosses my path would tell you that I am kind, caring, non judgmental, honest and respectful as those are very important values to me. Ive always been drawn to explore abandoned places, explore old cemeteries, explore the nooks and crannies we haven’t seen before and look for the beauty where it’s hidden and tucked away. I might say that photography is more to me then just capturing a posed image. I find some of the rawest moments in life are most touching and emotional and I feel that a photo can remind us of moments we want to share and pass down to our future generations.
