After nearly 6 years of doing photography full time, ya girl decided to head back to the office!

Don’t worry, I’ll still be taking photos, but if you notice my response time is a little slower or my availability looks a little different, this is why. Photography will ALWAYS be something I love, and I have no plans to stop completely, just simply prioritizing other areas of life.

The decision to return to an office job really came down to one thing: making more room for life outside of work.

My kiddos are involved in a lot of things, and in this season of life, being present for them, showing up for their activities, and having more freedom with our evenings and weekends is where my heart is. I’ve been incredibly blessed to spend the last several years doing something I love for a living, and I’m so grateful for every family who has trusted me to document their memories along the way.

I’ll still be here, camera in hand, just navigating a new rhythm that allows me to show up for both my clients and my family in the ways that matter most.

I still love capturing your memories, but my biggest priority in this season is making memories of my own with my family. 😘

If I never take on a large wedding again, I blame this couple. 😅

Their days were the best! Yep, DAYS! They exchanged vows on Friday at Ringgold Legacy Hall and then gathered with friends/family for a dinner party (with the best view!) on Saturday. Both days were so laid back and fun. No need for a timeline, no need for a big elaborate family list, just a good old fashioned go-with-the-flow event.

Seriously though, I think I'm done with big weddings. Small weddings/elopements from here on out 😍
