Skies above Dalton, NH were beautiful last night. This image captured of the North American Nebula is right next to Deneb. Easy to spot in the Milky Way. Single shot 35mm | f 2.8 | 60s | ISO 800 | iOptron Skytracker. Enjoy

Coliseum Falls, Harts Location NH. This was taken in an IBIS format (In-body, image stabilization) which is essentially nine images taken at the same time and then put together to form a single photo. Difficult to do with moving water so I've been experimenting. This one came pretty good I think. Enjoy

The Heart of Bemis Falls
Still working through my physical and mental therapy since my TKA. Made my way to Bemis Falls in Hartslocation, NH. It's a short hike (0.5 miles) and had the typical gnarly roots and rocks, so Its good exercise for the knee. It was nice however not feeling pain on the descents anymore! Shot this in 4 captures and stitched them together.

I find myself drawn to the resilience of nature and the grace with which it carries us forward, no matter the obstacles we encounter. It’s a celebration of persistence, harmony, and the simple, profound beauty that thrives when we pause to notice.

Moon's Glow on Daltons Crest....
Had fun last night shooting the moon and the 6% crescent. I had waited until the moon had started to sink into the Dalton ridge and I got a lot of Earthshine.

Coldbrook Falls; Whispering Echoes. A fan favorite as well as mine. I just love the peacefulness that this image exudes. You can't help but get lost in the everything that this image had captured. One of my favorite places to visit is The Basin in Franconia Notch, NH. I caught the light painting this woodland scene as dappled light filtered through the canopy onto the bridge and Pemgewasset River below. It made for a very dramatic and beautiful scene. As I waited for the bridge to clear, I captured this moment in time. Enjoy

Finally able to get out into the woods after my total knee replacement a few months ago. I made my way to this pretty little spot. Gleason Falls, in Hillsborough NH. Not the best day to shoot waterfalls, but I'll take it. Enjoy

"Goodnight Worm Moon" captured last year. An inspiration for you all hoping to catch the Full Blood Moon on the morning of March 3rd. Unfortunately I will be in surgery on Monday and laid up for a bit with a Total Knee Arthroplasty. That said, let's see all those captures. This year the lunar eclipse starts around 3am and lasts until the moon sets at 6am.
