They snuggled, danced, played, went out for donuts, played with friends down the street, and enjoyed their time hanging out together. 💜

When I arrived I wasn't sure if this two year old really liked Buc-ee's or if her parents just thought it would be a fun theme. But within about 15 seconds I knew it was because the birthday girl LOVES Buc-ee! She spent the entire party carrying Buc-ee around, pointing at the decorations, and saying "Buc-ee!" in her incredibly sweet voice. It was so beyond adorable!

The decorations were excellent and there were so many great all-things-Bucee's details, including themed drinks, plus lots of fun activities and these pics are just the tip of the iceberg! I have so many favorites and will definitely be sharing more, but here are a few to start with!

If standing in a field at sunset just isn’t your thing, did you know that I offer something that’s pretty much the opposite? With a Day in the Life session, you can hang out at home where everyone is most comfortable and just do your regular thing - and have awesome family photos that will be completely different than everyone else’s!

Babies change so much in the first year and this time is fleeting. This sweet 5 month old is precious and her parents are obviously totally in love. ❤ Loved spending the day with them capturing their typical weekend routine!

These kids are so much fun and so incredibly sweet and just growing up so so fast! They spent most of the session playing and just being themselves because that's what their Mom really wanted to capture.

At the end of their session the boys told me how much fun they had and were already planning next year’s photos and both gave me big hugs. 😍 What a great way to kick off my Fall sessions!

Adding a new baby to the family is soooo exciting. Truly the best part of a newborn session is seeing the reactions of the rest of the family. So much excitement and joy and love. Sometimes even the fur babies love the new addition. ❤ And of course, getting to see tiny babies dressed up in adorable outfits is pretty awesome too (especially when they're handmade)!

Celebrating birthdays is just the best. And there's nothing quite like the first birthday! Especially when you're surrounded by so many people that are crazy about you.

You can just feel the joy and love this family has for this precious little girl! So many sweet moments and endless laughter and hugs. ❤
