When was the last time you felt confident? Like completely confident where you felt like there was nothing you couldn't do?

I'm sure it's been quite awhile for a lot of us. I believe that everyone (especially women) should have this feeling more often! I know that I can help you feel that way through a bo***ir experience.

Here's the thing you'll come in feeling really nervous and anxious (which is normal). But once I guide you through the poses get you laughing at my awkward silly self you'll feel like you're with a friend and by the end of the session we'll probably dancing together and you'll leave feeling like the BADDIE you truly are!
