Yesterday, I had the honor of witnessing something that felt far beyond a wedding it felt like stepping into a living, breathing love story.
Cham & Erica arenโt just people I know, they are souls I deeply cherish. Being trusted to capture their day was something I will carry with me forever. This was my first time photographing a q***r wedding, and while I already held q***r love close to my heartโฆ this experience expanded it in ways I didnโt even know were possible.
There is something undeniably sacred about q***r love.
It is bold. It is intentional. It is hard-won and deeply felt.
It moves with a kind of truth that canโt be manufactured only lived. All day, I found myself moved to tears. Behind the lens, in quiet corners, and again later as I began reliving it all through editingโฆ it just kept washing over me. The kind of love that doesnโt just exist it radiates.
Cham & Erica carry that kind of love. The kind that is magnetic. The kind that invites you to believe in something bigger. Watching them didnโt just feel like witnessing their story. It felt like being reminded that a love like that is possible, real, and waiting for all of us in its own divine timing.
Every glance, every touch, every word exchanged between them and between them and their people, was filled with such deep intention. It wasnโt just beautifulโฆ it was spiritual. The entire space felt held, like love itself had taken form and wrapped around everyone present.
Their community showed up in a way that was powerful and undeniable. You could feel it in the airโthis collective energy of support, celebration, and pure, radiant love. It was the kind of atmosphere you donโt forgetโฆ the kind that shifts something inside of you.
I have never been part of a day that felt so profoundly special.
My heart is overflowing for these two incredible humans.
To witness them, to feel them, to capture even a fraction of their magicโฆ was a gift.
