These articles are well written but even now after two days, the AP is dated - the death toll is over 200 respectively making Helena the 2nd deadliest storm in US history behind Katrina, with “200 Asheville residents still missing”

“North Carolina's infrastructure suffered 'complete devastation'”

“Communities were wiped off the map,” North Carolina’s governor, Roy Cooper, said at a news conference Tuesday.
