Hey! I’m Amanda, the person behind Amanda Raylee Photography. 💕

So if you stopped by the Cross Creek Ranch Open House today, thanks for coming by!

After 10+ years shooting weddings, I figured out my favorite part isn’t actually taking photos. It’s the people. It’s hearing how you met, ring hint drops, the messy proposal, and what you actually want your day to feel like. Tell me the wedding plans and all the family chismé. The more you trust me, the more you’ll be yourselves.

On your wedding day, I’m the one fixing your veil, adjusting your necklace, making sure you two actually get a moment together. I’ve been known to bust out my sewing kit and I am quite the expert on buttoning a dress with press on nails. If I can make your day less stressful while getting beautiful shots? I’ve done my job.

Here’s the other thing. My favorite couples aren’t chasing perfection. They’re the ones laughing with curls undone and dancing with sore feet. They want a wedding, not a photo shoot.

I shoot naturally posed moments that still feel like you. I’ll guide you through poses so you’re never awkward or wondering what to do with your hands. I might forget the grooms name or forget my left and rights but I am good at my job y’all. Mostly, I’m here to give you space to actually be present with each other.

Fair warning: I’m a little introverted, I notice details others miss, and I’m probably not the photographer who cries behind the camera. But if you want someone calm, organized, and quietly making sure everything runs smooth? We’ll vibe.

And the best part? The story doesn’t have to end at the wedding. I encourage and adore when my couples come back for all their special life moments. It might just be my favorite part.
