Testing, testing… 🎤💃🏽

We’ve been playing around with Vintage in Red ❤️ at The Space on South Side, and here’s a little peek behind the curtain. Literally.

Inspired by those old-school downtown Dallas department-store Christmas displays. Rich reds, vintage finds, nostalgia, and a little glamour.

But here’s the thing… we’re not interested in cookie-cutter Christmas sets. Respectfully.

Our sets are intentionally designed to spark creativity, not dictate it. We don’t want every photographer walking away with the same photographs. Where’s the creativity in that?

Shoot it tight. Pull back. Make it fashion. Make it Christmas. Restyle the smaller props, experiment with your angles, and bring your own vision. Just return everything to its original place when you’re finished. ‼️

These model shots are just a glimpse of what’s possible, and we’re still making a few adjustments before the official reveal.

Black. White. Chrome. A neutral Christmas setup that gives you room to get creative — whether your clients show up in classic Christmas colors, neutrals, all black, or something completely their own. 🎄

These images are from our test shoot, so we still have a little fluffing + a few finishing touches to do before opening day, but we wanted to get the photos in your hands so you can start planning your minis!

Not gonna lie… AI kinda ate with this one. 😂

We took our original mood board and brought it to life for our first test run — and she’s prettyyyy close. 👀 A few tiny finishing touches and we’re there.

Black. White. Chrome. Clean, modern Christmas with just enough sparkle. ✨

We may be a little late to the Christmas mood-board party… but you know we weren’t going to miss it. 😂🎄

We’ve been asking. You’ve been answering. And most importantly, we’ve been listening.

When we showed you the black + white direction, almost 80% of you said YES. But we also heard those of you asking for a little red + green.

And then someone said “old-school downtown Dallas Neiman Marcus Christmas” and now I can’t unsee it. 😂

Soooo… we’re leaning ALL the way in. ❤️

This year, Christmas at The Space on South Side is giving you three completely different moods:

❤️ Vintage in Red — rich red draping, evergreen, chrome + a little old-school department-store Christmas magic.

🖤 Modern in Monochrome — black, white + chrome. Clean, editorial and modern.

🤍 Timeless in Ivory — soft ivory draping and a blank canvas for Christmas, branding, maternity, families, editorial… whatever you want to create.
