I always find live dance performance photography very rewarding and challenging at the same time. As a photographer you have to capture the right expressions, fast dance movements, and the prominent poses in the dance. I have been fortunate to having a dancer in the family to understand this art form and what's important to capture in the performance. It was great to watch an amazing performance by Shivani and photograph her while keeping all the social distancing norms and following the mask guidelines. Thank you Madhavi Ranade Kulkarni and Mak Kulkarni for the opportunity.

During this lockdown, many youngsters who are graduating or have their special year of achievement, could not celebrate it with their friends. I had an opportunity to take pictures of this young high school graduate while keeping social distance. Congratulations to all graduates in 2020!
