If you’re a parent, you know it can be HARD to convince kids to take a posed, smiling picture (my nephews are prime examples^)😂 But your family pictures can be fun and crazy and still turn out! Honestly what matters most is the memories you make while doing it and the essence of your family being captured in a few shots that will make you nostalgic later. Don’t worry, though, we’ll still get some blow-it-up-and-hang-it-on-the-wall worthy ones😉

The McDaniels might be the most photogenic family ever. This photoshoot was so laid back and fun that Taylor and James even decided to have a dance party (last photo)! Fun story—I met the mom, Holly, at a dog park. We exchanged numbers, I started babysitting their kids, and now they’ve become one of my photography clients! I’m so happy to know them.
