After photographing weddings at over 100 DFW venues, I’ve definitely found some favorites along the way. Today I want to highlight The Springs Valley View, a venue that ranks very high on my list, especially for larger wedding parties.

A few reasons I love it:

• The bridal suite: It’s spacious, has beautiful natural light, and is divided by a gorgeous fireplace. The separation makes it so easy to create dreamy getting-ready photos without all the bags, clothes, and “stuff” in the background.

• The groom’s suite: It has such a luxurious feel with beautiful wall color, furniture, pool table and WINDOWS, which is always a huge plus.

• So many shaded outdoor options: This makes group photos much easier, even in the middle of the day when the Texas sun is doing its thing.

• The chapel: Stunning, neutral, and timeless. It photographs beautifully without competing with your decor or color palette.

• The courtyard: The chapel in the background makes this such a cute spot for portraits and wedding party photos.

• The brick exterior: Absolutely beautiful and gives photos such a warm, romantic feel.

• The reception space: It’s spacious enough for a larger guest count but still feels cozy and inviting. The built-ins, antique decor, and different areas throughout give us so many great background options.

• And the bridal suite bathroom: The checkered tub is SO cute and perfect for some fun late-night photos.

The photo opportunities here are endless, and I seriously can’t wait to go back!
