The photos you see in a gallery are only a small part of the story. 🤍

What you don’t always see are the drives to new places, the late nights editing, the gear that comes everywhere with me, the friendships I’ve made along the way, the snack breaks between sessions, or the little moments in between.

You don’t see me chasing toddlers through fields, getting excited over the way the light hits at sunset, or sitting by the lake dreaming about what’s next for this little business of mine.

Photography has given me so much more than beautiful images.

It’s given me people I’ll never forget, stories I’ll always carry with me, and a front row seat to some of life’s biggest moments.

People ask me all the time why I became a photographer.

The answer is simple.

Because life doesn’t slow down.

Babies grow.

Parents get older.

People fall in love.

The dress.

I’ve been a little quiet over here lately… not because I haven’t been shooting, but because life has been full in the best way.

Over the past year I’ve photographed weddings, surprise proposals, courthouse “I do’s,” vow renewals, growing families, seniors, first birthdays, and so many little moments in between.
