On today’s episode of finding TikTok recipes that actually sound good to me while I’m pregnant 😂🤰🏼🍴

I combined a couple different recipes I found on TikTok to make these Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Bell Peppers + buttery garlic green beans and adding this one to the rotation immediately 🤌🏼

CHICKEN ALFREDO STUFFED PEPPERS 🫑🍗

Ingredients:
3 bell peppers
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Olive oil
Chicken bouillon
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Italian seasoning
Paprika
Salt + pepper
Alfredo sauce
Sliced mozzarella cheese

For the chicken:
Preheat oven to 400°F.

Season chicken breasts with olive oil, chicken bouillon, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt + pepper.

Bake at 400°F for 25–30 minutes or until the chicken reaches 165°F internally.

Take the chicken out and shred it, then add it to a pan with Alfredo sauce, pepper, Italian seasoning + the juices from the chicken baking dish 🤌🏼 Mix everything together until creamy!

For the bell peppers:
Cut the tops off 3 bell peppers, remove the seeds/middle, then cut each pepper in half.

Place them in a baking dish, cover and bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.

Uncover and bake for another 10 minutes.

Fill each pepper with the chicken Alfredo mixture and lay a slice of mozzarella cheese over each one.

Bake for another 5 minutes at 400°F, then broil on HIGH for 2–3 minutes until the cheese is melty and golden. Keep an eye on them while they broil!!

BUTTERY GARLIC GREEN BEANS 🧈🫛

I just drained canned green beans and added them to a pot with:
Butter
Salt + pepper
Garlic powder

Heat them on the stove until warm and that’s literally it

Pregnancy has made me SO picky about what actually sounds good for dinner and this one turned out perfect 🤭🤎
