PHOTOS WANTED!

Do you love taking photos of what's going on around North Georgia? Do you have cute kids, cute dogs, or a beautiful garden?

We are launching a Photo of the Day that will be shared both here on Facebook and on our site www.nowgeorgia.com.

There are two ways to submit: 1) Send the photo in an email to [email protected] or 2) Send us a direct message here on Facebook.
You can also comment on this update with your photo and we will pull them from here, but only this update.

We will also be launching photo contests with some great prizes later on in the summer, so keep an eye out for those!

We are closely monitoring Tropical Storm Helene and hope everyone remains safe. Georgia State Parks are open with camping and cottage availability throughout the state. Evacuees and their pets are welcome in Georgia’s State Parks, including horses at parks with equestrian facilities. Check https://gastateparks.org/ for hurricane policies, park closures and other updates. Evacuees are strongly encouraged to travel to northern Georgia State Parks since strong winds and heavy rain may affect middle and southern parks.
