Spice Kitchen started because when I would cook for people they were always blown away by the food. If I went to visit someone, I was asked to make dinner before I left. It was the first think people would mention when introducing me to someone new. I kept getting positive feedback from everyone and they all wanted me to start a business. The encouragement & support was overwhelming, and since I love feeding people my homemade food and seeing them enjoy it I went for it and created a small business. I started offering a meal on Fridays at my full time job. At first I had 4 orders, and then once other people saw and tasted the food it grew from there. Word of mouth travelled & I recieved more orders for the Friday meals with more happy customers. It made me happy to be able to see people enjoying food made by me. The goal is to have a brick and mortar one day.
