Always remember...The perfect wedding doesn't exist! So instead of obsessing over details, focus on making core memories with your people.

Here are 5 core memories you should consider making with your crew on your wedding day from a wedding photographers perspective ⬇️

1️⃣ Wedding party dance: Why is this not a staple wedding tradition? Pick a song for you and your crew to get down to…this is a great way to create a core memory with your people and also a great way to open up the dance floor at your reception!

2️⃣ Plan a private toast moment with your core crew. Whether it’s your wedding party, your childhood best friends, your college roommates, your family, or just your partner…this is such an awesome way to create memories and just take a minute to take it all in with the people you love!

3️⃣ Plan a giant champagne spray photo with all of your people! It’s so fun and makes for the best wedding day photos!

4️⃣ A first look with anyone who’s important to you. Many couples do the typical first look with your dad or bridesmaids…but you don’t have to do what’s typical. Maybe you want to do a first look with your niece/nephew, your dog, your grandma, your best friend…the list goes on! Schedule this moment into your day with someone special to you. It’s such a special wedding day moment and you will melt when you see the photos after!
