With locations worldwide and over 2000 pieces ranging from 4' x 4' to 40' x 60' we are able to provide backdrops for all of our clients’ needs. Our backdrops are featured in fashion photography, celebrity portraits, music videos, films, editorials, and at red carpet events.

We’re excited!

Schmidli Backdrops has opened a new 1,500 sqft photo studio in Lincoln Heights!

On-site backdrops make it easy to choose your perfect backdrop.
Skip the pickup, drop-off, installing, and steaming hassle.
Backdrops are pre-set to make shoot days easy and ready when you arrive.

The space is filled with natural light from 40 ft of south-facing windows and skylights, softened by diffusing curtains.

Everything is on wheels, allowing you to shape the studio to fit your needs, while onsite private parking keeps everything close at hand.

Our studio is designed to make your workflow simple and convenient, hope you come see it soon.
