A stunning, but windy evening exploring The Cone Manor.

Super grateful that Cate and Griffin invited me North to capture their love in a place very special to them and their story. What a treat!

The evening was made even better when Cate and I connected (yapped, we yapped a lot) over both living in Glasgow (If you haven’t been, it truly is something special)!

This evening was one to remember, but really I say that about every couple’s session. There’s not much I love more in life than this job!

Lots of puppy love in this family!

So glad I was able to meet up on this cold and rainy day at Black Balsam K**b with these friends from back home. I used to photograph Moose and Koda every year and they were just as goofy and chaotic as ever.

While my socials have been pretty dead, I’ve been doing a lot of work behind the scenes preparing for grad season, updating my website, organizing my finances and such! After I graduate in May, I have a lot of big hopes and dreams for this business that I’ll finally be getting to put into play. After a summer of guiding somewhere new though! Lots of goodness in store this year.

I currently offer two standard packages for on-campus photos, but I’m always open to bigger or more creative ideas!

Half Hour Session | $175
2 spots on campus
1 outfit
20+ photos
Great for the classic cat statue and clock tower photos!

Hour Session | $300
Up to 4 spots on campus
Can include a second outfit
40+ photos
Perfect for if you want to add the football field or your academic building to the classics!

If you or your grad has a hobby or place they want to include, PLEASE I’d love to help you incorporate it into your photos. I’ve had people bring musical instruments, their dog, textbooks, children’s books, balloons, flowers, stethoscopes, tennis rackets, hiking boots, and more. Other props like champagne and biodegradable confetti can also be a great way to add to your photos. If there’s a spot on the parkway or a specific waterfall you just love, TAKE ME THERE!! Let’s go!! Whatever it is, I’d love to help you celebrate in a way that’s true to you.

Once you reach out, I’ll help you select the right package or build one with you to include all the things and places that are important to you. We’ll also pick a date and time. Once all the details are nailed down, I’ll send you a session confirmation, contract and invoice, as well as my grad guide to help you prepare for your session!! I’ll be in touch leading up to the session with updates on the weather and any other important details. Once we meet, we’ll have an awesome time exploring campus or the location of your choice!

I’ve had the opportunity to photograph over 50 graduates, and always enjoy capturing this exciting milestone. Now it’s your turn! You can inquire on my website! To secure this year’s rates, you must have your contract signed and deposit paid by January 1st.

These 3 verticals needed their own moment.

Feels like we’re speeding through the seasons, with peak leaf just ending and a snow day immediately following. As long as it warms back up for my backpacking trip this coming weekend, I’m happy for it! I’m enjoying the chance to be cozy with warm drinks. Hope everyone is enjoying their snow day!

This evening on Whiteside couldn’t have been any more beautiful. We were treated to a stunning sunset and the temperatures were just amazing. And what a treat, to capture such a sweet love.

When my childhood friend reached out to ask if I could photograph her wedding, I was thrilled! My first solo wedding and it was so special.

Aspen and Josh’s day was full of joy, laughter, and happy tears and they spent it surrounded by the most supportive and loving family and friends. It was a privilege to capture this beautiful celebration of their love!!

Hello everyone!

I’ve made some updates to my website!!

Such as linking full galleries for your viewing! (Like this one of Tess!! Isn’t she beautiful and also how gorgeous is that sunset?!)

I published my couples page! Couples, you can now read about my couples experience, get your questions answered, find basic pricing information, view full galleries and more!!

I replaced some outdated images with more recent ones! (Those who I’ve recently worked with, go look for your beautiful faces :))

My elopements and wedding page is still in progress, but couples please don’t let that stop you from reaching out! I’d love to talk with you!!

Bridal portraits for my stunning friend, Elli.

I can’t tell you how absolutely thrilled I was to take these. We spent the morning getting Elli ready in our apartment. I tried my hand at doing hair and am pretty pleased with myself! We drove to Black Balsam K**b in search of some filtered light through the trees and instead found ourselves in a giant thunderstorm (despite checking the weather multiple times and moving our session time up). Sitting in my car in the dumping rain with dime sized hail pinging off of it, we laughed. We drove until we got out of the storm, and found a random trail off an overlook, which ended up having the perfect mix of rhodo and evergreens!! A memorable time for sure.

Elli, I am so grateful for our friendship and that I could stand by you on one of the most important days of your life. I wish you and Drew the MOST happiness!! And I’m so excited that you’ll be just down the road. Love you, name twin!

It’s somehow July and wow am I behind on posting!

April and May were a whirlwind with graduate sessions, finals, some travel, and I shot my first two weddings… which I CANNOT wait to share. June I jumped full time into guiding and got to spend a lot of time outside with some really cool people. This July will be even busier, but I’m making a point to share more!

I want to start with this fun and playful grad session with Camille. We had a blast running all around campus and trying some new posing and locations. And we caught some gorgeous light coming through the trees near Cullowhee creek!! One to remember for sure.

I’m in the Cullowhee area all summer, so reach out if you’d like to create together!
