I'm married to the greatest guy I know, Matt. We have three little boys who keep us laughing and a little bit exhausted everyday. I love Jesus and He's truly my source of joy! A few fun things about me...I go to bed dreaming about my morning cup of coffee, my guilty pleasure is anything Bachelor Nation or Love Is Blind, and my favorite ride in Disney World is the People Mover. iever that breakfast foods should be served all day, there's a Ben Rector song for every situation, and Baltimore sports are the best sports. And my nightly routine consists of singing the Paw Patrol theme song and Jesus Loves Me to my boys. And of course, I'm a photographer! I think that when you look at a photo, it has the ability to take your mind right back to that moment. So, I believe it's important for you to enjoy your sessions with me! And at the end, I hope you go home feeling like you just spent time with a friend...and you'll get great photos out of it, too :)

Fall 2025 was my busiest season yet—over 65 families and couples, from family and newborn sessions to weddings 🤍 All while I was very pregnant with our fourth son and healing from two torn ankle ligaments 😅 Safe to say it was a WILD season, and one I’m endlessly grateful for.

Now that we’re six weeks into the newborn bubble, it feels like the perfect time to start sharing some of these sweet fall sessions. Stick around as I catch up on the fall while getting ready for all that spring has in store for EGP ✨

It's time to book Fall & Christmas minis!

As many of you have heard, we are expecting our fourth son this December. So, mini sessions will be happening a little early this year! Christmas minis in September? I promise it will be a blast!

I am hosting three dates for outdoor Fall minis and one date for indoor Christmas studio minis. All mini sessions are $225 for 15 minutes and include all edited images in a digital gallery.

When people ask the best time for newborn photos, I’ll generally suggest when baby is between 7-10 days old so they can be nice and sleepy for the photos 💤 but sometimes we wait and do photos when baby is a little bit closer to a month and THIS magic happens. ✨

Lots of things are factored into scheduling your newborn session but rest assured that no matter when we do it, we will capture the sweetest moments of the newest version of your family together. 🤍

I’ve had a nice and slow start to my 2025 business year but this weekend launches me into the busyness of spring and I AM READY. I’m so excited for all of the families, couples, and babies this year will hold—new clients and returning ones 🤍 so grateful.

And because I’ve been so blessed with so many new clients, I figured a little post that shows my face would be helpful (so it feels a liiiittle bit less like a blind date when we show up to your session 😂)

I’m Emily! 🫶🏼
- I’m a mama to 3 sweet boys and I’ve been married to my husband for 12 years.
- I’m a follower of Jesus and he’s why I do this—I want to glorify him and bless others through my photography 🤍
- I’m a Maryland girl but we’ve lived in Florida and Tennessee and I’d be lying if I didn’t say I miss our Tennessee home a little bit everyday ⛰️
- my garden is my therapy. I grow cut flowers (personal fav? Strawflowers and zinnias!) and look forward to my morning garden walks checking on my babies throughout the growing season!
- I’m a pretty huge orioles fan. Walking down Eutaw Street before a game and then sitting in the stands shouting “let’s go o’s!” is pretty special to me. (We named our son Camden, if that tells you anything ⚾️)
- my other favorite place is Disney World!!!! 🏰✨ it’s magical and our whole family is obsessed. My favorite ride is the People Mover 💙

We are heading out of town soon to visit some of our best friends who just had their first babe and a couple of my expecting mamas are due any day and I’ll be scheduling their newborn sessions—all the while, my middle son is about to turn SIX and I’m lost in this feeling of where the heck does time go?!?

This newborn session from last summer still holds such a special place in my heart because it was filled with playfulness, sweetness, and so much joy. Someone asked me yesterday what fuels my passion for this business and it’s this…it’s capturing the magic of the season you’re in ✨
