New building !!!! This building will have 30 units that are 12' x 30' that include electricity (30AMP RV connection) at a rate of $143.44 per month. These are storage only units not for residential use. Call us to reserve your unit today. We currently have 21 units available to lease.

Summer Special

We are offering our small Self-Storage (not heated/cooled) units sizes 5'x7' and 5'x10' at a rate of $35.00 per month for the first 6 months. After 6 months the rate will raise to our standard rate. We are excited to announce the we have started construction on 2 new RV/Boat Storage buildings. We are hoping to have them completed by the end of summer, if not sooner. 1st building is a 14' x 50' pull thru with 14 spaces of which the poles are in the ground and ready for cement. We are hoping for the cement work to be done this week. Then 45 day cure time to drive on the slab. During the cure time for this building we will start building # 2 which will be 12' x 30' Boat/RV storage with 30 spaces. The height of both building will be 14' so most RV's and Boats with towers will have no problem driving/backing in. We have not started the wait-list for these building yet. Please check back for update on the status of these buildings.
