Session Tip Tuesday: Let your kid bring their favorite toy, stuffy or blanket! There are two awesome perks to letting them bring what they want! First, it makes them more comfortable, gives a sense of security, especially if you have a shy child. Bringing something they love also gives them something to occupy themselves and play with . Second, they make great props! Some of my most favorite images of my kids is with their favorite stuffed animal every year! Remember, a happy kid gives the best and truest expressions!

Happy 9th Birthday to my silliest, happy go lucky, kind and creative daughter Ceci! 🥰😍🥳
You were our first born that made me a mom in 2015! You constantly make me smile, remind me to slow down and be present. I have learned to be a more compassionate human and inspired how you have accomplished so much in such little time. You are a creative at heart with a strong determination to be the best at whatever sport you participate in. Your love for adventure and travel shine when outdoors!

FUN FACT: When I first started my journey in photography I spent my summers photographing high school seniors! Here I am years later still LOVING capturing their styles!!

I had such a blast last summer with all my 2023 senior sessions! Whether it’s was a sunrise, midday, or sunset session, we always seem to have a great time. Each of my session is tailored to the senior!

Here's a little insider's note for you: I prefer to photograph newborns between 10 am to 2 pm and only 1 baby a day. Babies are *generally* the sleepiest during this time, and this is when natural light is at its fullest! Cloudy day, no worries I use a mix of natural and studio lighting thru-out the session.

Remember, Nikki Nicole Photography has a cozy studio for your newborn session. No need to stress about cleaning your house and having it perfect!Come to my studio in your sweats, borrow a dress and let me capture the perfect memories. Don’t worry about packing the diaper bag, I have diapers, wipes, snacks and water bottles. Just pack baby and be on your way!
