Okay, but can we talk about how freaking cool their wedding was?!

The swords, the fur, the outfits, the gorgeous fall colors… literally all of it. 😍

I absolutely LOVE when couples aren’t afraid to step outside of the traditional wedding expectations and do something that feels completely like them. And Liz and Emmet did exactly that!

But beyond all the badass Viking vibes, these two were just so freaking sweet together. The way they looked at each other, laughed together, and soaked up every little moment was adorable.

Seriously, weddings like this are why I love what I do. Getting to capture people being unapologetically themselves is my favorite thing. 🖤🍂

Some days I wish I could pick up the phone and tell my mom about everything I’ve accomplished, everything I’m working toward, and all the little things in between.

It’s been almost 10 years without her, and I still wonder what she’d think of the person I’ve become.

I hope she’d be proud of me. I hope she’d see that even on the days I’m struggling, I’m still trying to build a life she’d be happy to see me living.

I’d give anything to hear her tell me I made it. 🤍

Little me would probably lose her mind knowing this is what I get to do now. 🥹



Because sometimes you just have to take the chance and see where it takes you.

Life’s too short to spend it doing things that don’t make you happy.



Somehow taking pictures turned into one of the biggest parts of my life. And I wouldn’t change it.

Because not everything needs to be perfectly sharp, perfectly exposed, or instantly available. 🎞️



Getting invited into people’s lives to document days like these will never get old.

Because you never know when something worth remembering is going to happen. 📸



A little motion blur never hurt anybody. In fact, sometimes it makes the photo.

The hand squeezes, the quiet moments, the things happening when nobody thinks the camera is watching.



I’d rather capture how your wedding actually felt than spend the whole day making everything look perfect.

There’s just something about film that makes even the simplest moments feel a little more nostalgic. The imperfect frames, the grain, the movement, and all those little in-between moments that might otherwise go unnoticed.

The kind of photos that already feel like memories before you’ve even had the chance to look back on them.

Forever finding excuses to bring another film camera along on wedding days. 🥹📸

Rainy October weddings might have officially won me over. 🍂☔️

Kaitlyn & Dale didn’t let a little rain stop a damn thing. From saying “I do” with the rain coming down around them, to clear umbrella portraits on the dock, to dancing under the warm string lights, this day felt so perfectly them.

Turns out sometimes the weather you didn’t plan for makes some of the prettiest memories. 🤍
