Hi, I’m Nicole! A North Iowa brand & lifestyle photographer and I’m going to start posting more of my work until the algorithm finds the small business owners that just get it 📸

I mean someone has to do it 👻
Be sure to follow Brand & Lifestyle Photographer because I’m working on something for my local ladies 🫶🏼

I’m a big fan of clean lines & architecture in photography.
Add in a sweet family and it’s near perfection in my book 🫶🏻

I’m so grateful to ABBY💥Marketing + Brand Expert for trusting me with her family photos this fall! When I asked her if the Mason City Public library would be an ok location she said “I trust your vision!” Music to my ears ✨

I know the go-to is open fields this time of year but if you want some downtown fall vibes - hit me up. The weather is still looking good for the next couple of weeks 🍁

Authentic photos are less about posing and more about the movement!

I know it can seem silly but trust me movement is everything and its how your images will feel more like you 🫶🏼

still OBSESSED with this brand campaign from ɢ ᴇ ᴏ ʀ ɢ ᴇ ᴛ ᴛ ᴇ 😍

In full transparency I forgot 😅

Which is embarrassing since I started working with female founders and owners in 2019.

I have worked with small business from Rochester, MN (where it started) to Creston, Iowa to Des Moines, and now the Mason City, North Iowa area.

Running a small business whether you are a wife, mother, daughter, grandma, and everything in between is not easy and it makes you question A LOT and your sanity. It’s so easy to look at some of these women and ‘’think wow, she is so lucky.’’

But it isn’t luck. It’s very hard work. It’s pushing yourself through rejection and redirection. Never giving up.
It’s going through the motion of heck yeah I got this to wanting to burn it all down (hope that’s not just me 🙃)

To every single women owned business that has been in front of my camera over the past 7 years - I am grateful for you. You allowed me to do something I NEVER thought was possible (and I was told multiple times it wasn’t possible.) I see you and I’m cheering you on!

HAPPY NATIONAL WOMEN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS DAY!

Tag or share this with your women-owned small business friends!
