I want to thank everyone who stopped by the food trailer last night. It was hot. We were working through issues with power. The line was LOOOOONG. Your patience and grace were greatly appreciated!

I am still figuring out how best to run the concessions. Let’s just say, we learned a LOT! Each time we go out will be better than the last. Serving you great treats quickly and efficiently is our top goal. Pricing every item with value and families in mind too.

One big issue was our payment system. My Square terminal was offline until I connected it. We took three higher ticket orders that were declined once connection was established. This is crushing. I hope the three individuals will contact me to correct the payment issue.

Policies will be changing moving forward.

With an ALL-STAR lineup of vendors coming to Saturday's St. Marks July 4th celebration, we're just gonna go ahead and predict something now:

This was the MOST vendors we've ever had sign up for this event, and you can look down the list at all the awesome, hard-working folks that will be in St. Marks on Saturday. 😍😍😍

The Community Market goes from 4-8 pm, along with our 6 food vendors (MAAD GOAT, Philly Flavors, Murillo’s Kitchen Food Truck, Big Whipp’s Kitchen, Gabe and Son's Oyster Co & St. Marks Swirl), then, everyone will start packing up and get ready for the AMAZING fireworks show over the St. Marks River at 9 pm!

Don't miss it! This is gonna be an EPIC day in St. Marks, y'all!
