Yesterday I had the absolute honor of capturing Abby & Elijah's beautiful wedding day at Highpoint Events, and what a day it was. 🌸☀️

From the soft pastel bridesmaid dresses, to the vibrant garden-inspired florals, to the sweetest moments shared between family and friends, every detail felt intentional and full of joy. Their day was filled with laughter, happy tears, sunshine, and so much love.

One of my favorite things about weddings is watching two families become one, and yesterday was such a beautiful reminder of what truly matters. The way these two looked at each other all day long said everything. 🥹💍

Abby & Elijah, thank you for trusting me to preserve these memories for you. It was such a privilege to witness your beginning and document the moments you'll treasure for a lifetime. I wish you both a marriage filled with adventure, grace, and endless laughter. 🤍

🌷✨ Easter minis this weekend were SO much fun! I loved getting to see so many sweet faces, adorable outfits, bunny snuggles, and all the springtime smiles. It officially made me even more excited that outdoor session season is finally here again! ☀️🌿

There is just something about sunshine, wildflowers, green trees, and those dreamy golden evenings that makes my photographer heart so happy.

I do have quite a few spring weddings on the calendar this year, which means my availability is a little more limited than usual over the next couple months. Because of that, I’m already booking summer and fall sessions now!

This morning I met up with Mia to finish the second round of her senior photos, and wow… what an amazing way to start the day. ☀️

She’s officially in the U.S. Army and heading into the medical field, and I couldn’t be more proud to capture this season of life for her. These are the moments I love most- documenting big milestones, big dreams, and the people chasing them. 🇺🇸❤️

Sessions like this are also a reminder that my schedule is filling up FAST this year. I am so thankful for every single person who keeps me busy and trusts me to tell their story. Truly, it means the world to me.

That being said, one of my biggest goals this year is to keep a healthy balance between

📸 creating amazing images
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 being present with my family
🌿 and not burning myself out

Because of that, I’m booking a little more intentionally.
So if you’re thinking about senior photos, family sessions, couples, or anything at all, I highly encourage you to book early to make sure we get you on the calendar.

I have so many fun sessions coming up this year and I can’t wait to create with all of you. 🤍

In the age of "everything is content" (and photographers wearing Meta Ray-Bans), I want to be super transparent with every client about how your photos and behind-the-scenes (BTS) videos may be shared-and, more importantly, that you get to choose.

👉🏼MY NEW PROCESS
When you book with me, you'll receive both a contract and a quick sharing Preferences Form. That form lets you tell me exactly what you're comfortable with. Whether that's sharing your photos online, capturing BTS footage, or keeping it all totally private.

You can:
✔️Say yes to everything!
✔️Ask me not to share your kids' faces
✔️Say yes to sharing photos but no to BTS video
✔️Say yes to photos on my blog/site but no to social media.
✔️Or opt out of sharing entirely - keep everything totally private.

And if you're not sure yet? Totally fine-you have up until the day before your session to update your preferences.
I got the new Meta RayBans and as a photographer, I SO appreciate when I'm able to share my work—it helps other people find me and book their own magical sessions.

But your comfort, trust, and boundaries come first, always!

And I pinky-promise: if you give me permission to share BTS footage, I'll only ever share it with kindness and good intention. No cringe clips, no shaming, no weird energy— ever.
