Senior Sunday! Here’s my spotlight for today.

JD is someone I first met when he was just in early elementary school, and it’s hard to believe that little boy I watched grow up will be graduating this year. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of watching him grow into such a caring, genuine young man—from being involved in sports to giving his time and heart to helping with an after-school program.

No matter where life takes this kid, I can guarantee one thing: **he will go there with the biggest heart.** JD is truly one of the kindest young men I’ve had the pleasure of knowing. He has a way of making an impact simply by being himself, and I have no doubt that he will continue to do that wherever his journey leads.

JD, I hope life takes you exactly where you want to go and that your future is filled with opportunities, happiness, and success. Keep that big heart, keep being the person you are, and never forget how many people are proud of the young man you’ve become.

✨ My first-ever river session, and it couldn't have gone any better! ✨

I had the best time photographing this fun-loving couple who completely embraced the experience. As my first river shoot, I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but they made it so easy by trusting the process and going with the flow—literally! 😄

They laughed, splashed around, and weren't afraid to get a little wet to create some truly beautiful moments. Some of the most authentic photos happen when couples let go of perfection and simply enjoy being together, and that's exactly what these two did.

Between the water, the beautiful scenery, and their genuine connection, we captured so many memories that perfectly tell their story. I'm so grateful they were willing to be adventurous and help make my first river session such a success!

Here's to stepping out of my comfort zone and trying something new—I can't wait to do more sessions like this! 💙📸
