Hi! It’s me, the girl behind the camera… in her own wedding dress… along with my husband + our two sweet babies. First, gotta give all the credit to my girl for coming to our home and photographing our backyard wedding we had just a few weeks ago + I want to thank her for allowing me to collaborate with her + edit the amazing photos she captured. Her eye + her talent brought my vision to life truly. Second, I wanted to make this post and share something more personal on this page since I haven’t in a long while. This past year, I’ve taken a much needed break from the pressure of work. Between being a stay at home mama to my two little loves + planning my own wedding, my work has taken a bit of a back seat compared to how wide open I was going just a few years ago. Becoming a mama has been the most privileged journey I’ve ever been on + I realized that I don’t want to miss a moment of it because it all goes by far too fast. Now saying all this, my little break has served me so well… I’ve come back very inspired + feel like it has given me a better, more creative headspace. I’ve started picking up more sessions again and although raising my babies is my priority, my work is still my art and has such a big piece of my heart… I cherish my job + all the families + individuals it has allowed me to work with over the years. My books are currently open for the 2026 year + I’ll only be taking on a couple more sessions for the month of November because I want to take time to enjoy the holidays with my babies!
