The last thing that this family needed was their photographer yelling, "Look at the camera! Smile here!" Sometimes you just need to go with the flow and work with the family in front of you. That means giving them toys that will look great in photos, watching what they want to do, and capturing who they are as humans.

That is my favorite way to take photos: to show you how beautiful your family is without asking you to force a smile for the camera. You don't need to worry about if your kids are going to behave or not. Kids are kids. I'm patient, and I'll follow them around, get their genuine smiles, play with them, and interact with them. That is how we get photos that feel like your family and that you'll love for a lifetime.

PS This may of been the hottest day all summer.. and this session took less than 30 minutes of playing to capture such beautiful photos.

I am looking for two families with younger kiddos that would like to be styled for a fall family photo session. I would be styling you with outfits from my client closet, which consists of both cute sweaters and dresses, mostly following a very boho, very colorful photo shoot style. You may also dress yourself following my styling advice… but I’d really like to showcase the client closet items.

You must be okay with signing a model release for me to take behind-the-scenes videos of your session, as well as share the final images on my business page and website.
