There are two types of people in the world, morning people and night people. While there have been times in my life where I enjoyed the crowds and the noise, I have always loved the calmness and the quiet of a sunrise. So, when mentioned shooting on his family’s boat for his senior portraits, I was definitely “on-board!” I can’t think of a better way to spend a morning than on the water with my camera and a really strong cup of coffee.
Garret, I wish you all the best on your senior year!

I’m building a roster of models for outdoor lifestyle photography — think fly fishing at sunrise, archery on the range, hunting blinds, big water, real gear, real stories.

Looking for:

✅ Men & women, ages 18–42
✅ Genuine interest/experience in hunting, fishing, fly fishing, archery, range shooting, water sports, diving, hiking, overland or camping or anything outdoors
✅ Comfortable in front of a camera — authentic energy over “model” experience
✅ Bonus if you have your own gear/outdoor clothing, but not required

This is a trade-for-portfolio (TFP) opportunity — you’ll get professional images for your own use, and I’ll cover shoot-related costs (gas, entry fees, etc.).

Sessions will be scheduled on an ongoing basis in South-Central Wisconsin as opportunities come up.
