I can't believe this boy turned 6 yesterday.

Our only dog we have hd since weeks old. He was a foster fail.
His whole litter (of 4) were found on the side of road around 29 Palms, California.

He is just a big old fluff nugget with lots of fur and we love him so much.

One thing I love to do is take my artwork and make it accessible and easy to take with you!
My FAVORITE thing in my shop is the tote bags. 😍 They are especially convenient for all your grocery shopping needs as it costs for bags now. We keep one in our car at all times just in case.

They truly are Durable ANNNND Adorable!

Wait, where did the weekend go? 😑😑😑
I feel you Inigo, I feel you.

This ended up being one of EVERYONE’s favorite photos 🤣 it ended up from & center of the Triflex they ordered!

Such an adorable expression and actually very candid. It doesn’t always have to be so posed! I’m also just a sucker for the pupper & their human’s legs photo.

Inigo Montoya was too fun to work with. Honest mode though, one of the worst cooperative dogs I’ve ever photographed 😅& yet we have some of the best & most adorablist photos I’ve ever taken - both candid and posed. Like, I want to reprint his album as a sample for my natural light work it turned out so good!

ANY DOG, cat, bird, horse, pig, or lizard can be photographed. If you are unsure how it will go - I always recommend the Legend Session because they are 2-2.5 hours long &&& they give us, not only a WIDE VARITY OF STUNNING BACKDROPS at a location of your choosing, but also plennnnnty of time to figure out what works best with your pet: Flash, no flash, close up or far away, playful candid, posing, do some action photos first to get out energy maybe, treats or toys or weird sounds by a crazy lady with a camera for best head tilts …. SO MANY OPTIONS & WAYS TO GO ABOUT IT! 🤪📸

We love a backlight backdrop!!! 😍 I don’t often shoot with natural light but sometimes it’s a must because dogs like Inigo Montoya (“you killed my father prepare to die”) just aren’t fans of the flash.

WHICH IS TOTALLY OKAY!!! Also, did you catch the reference! If you know it drop it below! 😜⚔️

Here at BG PhoDography - Pet Photography we can do all the things - we love the Colourful wonderful Flash light photos, BUT, that doesn’t stop us from getting gorgeous backlight beauties like these.

SHUT THE FRONT DOOR AND SLAP WITH ME A BANANA SANDWICH! 🍌🥪🤣 I can’t get over how adorable Oso the Akita is… Or how FLIPPING FUN this shoot was.

I’m so happy with how my last sessions in Southern, CA, as a resident, turned out. The tall tail sessions went off PAWfectly.

I’ve been doing a lot, going through a lot, and haven’t had the time to post much. But there are a few photos I am excited to share with you all from the last tall tail session in Oceanside, CA.

&&& I’m starting with this gentle fluffy giant Oso.
His mama Kim Kawano-Walters did amazing helping me create the adorable memories.

You will also recognize Mr. Oso as Mr. December in this years 2023 calendar!!!

I’m getting super excited for Tulip sessions this year.

Currently on vacation back in SoCal but come Tuesday we will back and ready!!

This phot was one of the few I got with Diego from our 7 minutes of shooting because it started to snow 🤣❄️ you can see the snowflake that is melted on Diego’s nose. The reel is in the post below this one! - this box will be used for smaller dogs but I used it for this shoot because behind Diego is my backyard which is mostly dead plants at the moment 😅🤷‍♀️

HAPPY 15th BIRTHDAY TO MY LUCY GOOSE MOOSE WINKY GUUURL!!!!!

To my shadow, My bestest girl, my warrior... I love you so much. You show me everyday what courage and BADASSERY looks like.

Fighting Cancer like a bad B. Becoming fully paralyzed in your hind legs. Infections. This move to our new home in Corvallis Oregon.... you never let is phase you in a slightest. You get up and bark/yell at me all your instructions for the day and how things should be. ha!

I am truly in awe of you baby girl.

You take on everyday like it owes you something and it is out-of-this-world inspirational.

MOST HUMANS wouldn't be able to handle, a move, a spinal surgery complication becoming fully discernible with the onset of total hind-leg paralysis, cancer, &&& a full CHOP protocol for Chemotherapy.

Lucy Goose. I LOVE YOU.

Happy Birthday Sweet Girl. You are a total BADASS.
