About the Photographer!

Hi everyone! Thank you so much for being here, my name is Montsie Garrido. I like to call myself a people photographer, every type of photo event is my thing. I first started getting into photography in 2016, I got my first camera and I took action photos for my tennis team. Then I started moving into activism and fell in love with protest photography. Then once I started going to college I brought my camera along and made my friends pose for me. From then on, I started my business "PeoplePowherPhotography" during quarantine. People have always been like artwork to me. Everyone is different and unique in their own way, and I truly think the true art is within people. I love what I do and its something I am extremely passionate about!
