Hi, we're Robert and Melissa, a husband and wife photography and creative team dedicated to telling your story in the most beautiful way possible. Robert is the lead photographer and seeker of light and perfection. Melissa schedules and coordinates session and event details and serves as a photography and lighting assistant and creative director. We've been happily married for over 26 years and wo
rk together as an amazing team. With Cavanaugh Studios Photography you're getting two people dedicated to making your experience the best it can be. We have a real passion for capturing your special moments in photographs. We are the proud parents of two children of our own; our girl Isabella, lover of anything pink and maker of slime, and Elijah, full of knowledge and player of chess. This love for family really helps us bring out the love you feel in your photos.
Our passion for photography began, like most, with photographing our own children growing up. We want to capture the memories of your loved ones, just as we do our own. We'll document each stage and age, from maternity, children and families, seniors, head-shots and portraits, quinceaneras and sweet 16, couples and weddings. We like to keep our photo sessions relaxed and fun! We'll do a combination of posed photos as well as candid and casual shots. That's where the real magic begins! And for event photography, we offer our total dedication to making your day as perfect as possible. We pride ourselves in using the best and latest professional-grade camera and lighting equipment. We're able to offer several creative options to include in-studio and on-location photography. We're excited to tell your individual story through loving and lasting photos. When we aren't doing photography, we love spending time together as a family. One of our favorite activities is going to the movies. There's nothing like getting a bucket of popcorn, watching a movie and just hanging out with your family. We also enjoy playtime at the park, visiting the many local attractions and museums and just making memories!
