For me, photography has always been about attempting to capture a moment, emotion or experience. I enjoy bringing my journalistic approach and creativity to creating memorable images that tell a story. That intimate relationship between the photographer and his subjects is just so beautiful and I feel blessed to be able to partake in that. I have obtained my training in photography from the Savann

ah College of Art and Design and The Brooks Institute of Photography. Whether photographing the Masai on the African planes or a wedding on a California beach, I put my whole heart into each image.

When film is art 🎞️

There was a part of me as a creative that I lost when we all switched over to digital. Don’t get me wrong… I love the simplicity and ease that comes with shooting these amazing state of the art DSLR’s, but somehow things always look a bit different through the glass of a film camera. It forces me to slow down, to be intentional and inspires me to create as much as capture.

I am so grateful that more and more couples are starting to see the beauty in the imperfections. The timelessness of soft colors and grains that are created on a tangible negative revealed only by light. In a world of ever increasing artificial intelligence, Give me more of this ✨

Loved this modern minimalist wedding. Beautiful contrasts between the black and whites for the wedding party. Additions of crisp and clean florals and touches of vintage with the brides look really all worked so perfectly together.
