One thing that has always been incredibly important to me is respecting my clients, their families, and the choices they make for their children.
If you ask me not to share images of your children on social media, I have and will always respect that. No questions asked.
With the recent conversations surrounding AI and images of children, I also want to be clear that continuing to share my work does not mean I take the privacy or safety of the little ones I photograph lightly. Every image I share is done with permission, and I completely understand that each family may feel differently about what they are comfortable with.
Moving forward, I’ll also be adding another layer of privacy to the images I do share. When sharing photographs of children, I will no longer tag parents or include children’s names.
I love and appreciate every family who trusts me to document these seasons, whether their images ever make it to social media or remain completely private. 🤍
There will never be judgment or pressure from me, regardless of what you choose for your family. Your children, your choice — and I will always respect that.
