Even with 30 years experience, 25 of those in wedding photography, we can and do still make mistakes sometimes. Although it may be hard to swallow our pride, we own up to them as well. The bride is the most important person of, not just the day, but of the entire experience - which can go on for months. Thankfully, sometimes things are brought to our attention allowing us to make sure any situation is rectified. We at clix couture pledge to do what it takes, to the best of our ability, to take care of any situation that may arise. The last thing we want is an unhappy bride - especially when it is something we can fix.

It was brought to my attention today that we were not really "listening" to what the bride's concerns were, that we made excuses for not getting specific shots and not responding in a timely manner, even while she was commending the quality of the work itself.

The bride was correct and that is not something that will happen again.

Thank you for the feedback and the chance to improve our service! We are always working towards standards we would expect to receive ourselves.

Please read these frequently asked about terms and conditions.

Most asked about TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Please check your album design proofs before approval. Once approved and the order is placed there can be no further changes without purchasing a new album or set.

2. Unless otherwise specified, album choices must be made within 6 months of receiving proofs. You will be responsible for a fee of 10% passed that time up to 9 months and 25% up to a year. Let us know of any extenuating circumstances prior to deadline and we will do the same. After 1 year we cannot guarantee prices will be held on albums. After 14 months, if no images are chosen, your contract will be considered fulfilled regardless. We will not be held responsible for albums or refunds on albums after 14 months unless the delay is our fault.

3. Any held album deposits must be paid after proof approval BEFORE the order is placed within 3 MONTHS of image delivery.

4. Any album design orders go in order of submission. If you wait a year to pick your photos, chances are you will be behind a few months of orders.

5. RAW images will be archived after 1 year and kept live for up to 3 years. Although we do generally keep the images for up to 10 years, we will not be responsible for those RAW files after the initial 3. Please be sure to save any digital files sent, linked to or delivered by our website as soon as possible. There will be a charge to pull images out of archiving.

We do not provide RAW files directly to our clients. However, our high res jpg images are more than adequate to print up to 16x24 clearly.

6. If a thumb drive was included in your package please note the following. Thumb drives will not be replaced free of charge. If you lose or delete images from your drive, you may request a single additional thumb drive at cost up to 1 year from the event. Any additional drives will be charged at full price.
