Over 1500 women (and a handful of men too!) sat at attention during the hour where openly and honestly shared her journey of becoming the president of her company.
Her start in her dad’s business selling tires and growing up with a Korean mother who refused to go to bed if the house was dirty.
She glowed as she talked about her soul mate Chip and the decisions they have and continue to make to keep their family first.
She leads by example: no growth for growth’s sake- but to build what you love and do it well and smartly.
She was relatable and she was engaging. Everything you would hope and exactly what our audience needed to hear.
as always kept it real and fun. 🤩 she has a gift for conversation that educates and entertains while making you feel like you are now best friends.

Hello! My mid-year round up and what’s coming up!
1) took a good chunk of time to myself this year where I didn’t promote or work on my business. A luxury for sure but a much needed mental break.
2) started back to school for my functional nutrition counseling certification. A side passion and now my third career (not including motherhood- so maybe I should say fourth career) more over on
3) I’m thick into high school senior photo season. This starts in the spring with all the planning meetings and then after vacation (just got back) sessions are coming in hot!
4) about vacation: it was a wonderful 12 days and 3700 miles! Badlands, Mount Rushmore, Big Horn Mountains, Rocky Mountains, Yellowstone, Tubing, Fishing, Hiking and making all of our own meals! We ate out three times and made the rest.
5) we damn near bought property while in Idaho 💭
6) I’m currently catching up on classes and emails and filing up the last quarter of my 2025 schedule. I’d love to have you in front of my camera creating gorgeous brand photos for your business and for you. September, November and December have openings! Do you have your Black Friday marketing planned? Christmas? They are 4-5 months away and will be here in no time!

Hey!
It’s me, your photographer.
By the time I took this photo, I was drenched in sweat and likely had more things on my jeans from the kneeling, sitting and crawling around on the floor than I’d like to think about.
I have a lot to say about the past two days photographing and the over 1000 attendees, speakers and staff but until I have time to rest and soak it all in, I’ll wait and tell you later.
This is my fourth year working with this amazing crew and each year it just gets better and better.

Did you know I have a side hustle?

It’s a passion hustle. A bit of my first career (RN) mingled with my chronic curiosity on women’s health and NUTRITION. I even use a separate IG account to share and discuss these topics.

Nearly all my clients are women. You and I have the same concerns and questions. We both see and hear the same conflicting “do this and do thats” when it comes to how to be healthy in our modern world.

It is all great advice. Truly it is. What’s missing is what YOU need based on your history, current condition and goals. And that is what I like to noodle out.

I’d love to help you. For now, hang out with me on where I’ll share the latest nutrition science especially as it relates to women and our families.

I’m back and ready to truly start 2025!

January is a rest and reset month with medical procedures and lots of down time.
February is my slow bounce back with travel and meetings and a few shoots.
March is similar to February with meetings and sessions but also spring break where I will be cleaning my damn house. Our basement still hasn’t recovered from our kitchen remodel. I have so much to organize and toss out.
April is where the heavy hitting starts as a photographer and that will go until Thanksgiving where I will intentionally dial it back again to start the holidays.

And there you have it, the most simplified version of my work life I can give you.

Cheers to being a performer when it counts- a beautiful balance of dreamer and achiever.
