PART 1!!
Guys, this had probably been my FAVORITE project to date! When told us they wanted a testimony video with their clients, then they told us the story behind the house and the clients, We just KNEW this is what we had to do!! 🙌🙌🙌

And I LOVE LOVE LOVE the outcome!

Also, both the BUYERS AND THE BUILDER did their scenes in ONE TAKE 😮😮 something I can’t even do!!

Diana Zavala & Kevin Shoun are partnering with some amazing organizations to bring food to families who have already been identified this summer as being in need!

There will even be a Schlitterbahn giveaway!! 🛝🏊‍♂️

There’s a VERY specific food list they need so please grab some items, as much as you can, and bring them while you enjoy some fun and activities during the block party!

Can’t ever say social media videos do not sell a house… because… It just did…

I have to admit, we definitely struggle with imposter syndrome.. but then we hear stories like this.. a video that we filmed, getting loads of views and ACTUALLY SELLING THE HOUSE!

What an honor! asked us to make a video for them at one of their under construction properties to show a little bit if what they can do as a custom home builder… not only that, but they wanted ME to be IN the video!

BUT the really cool part is how it all started… 3-4 years ago before we knew anything about video production, as a REALTOR® I made a VERY simple home tour video that symphony ran as an ad for the past few years that has performed VERY WELL… so they said “maybe it’s time to pay them for one” … and so they reached out… and didn’t just do one for them, but we did 3 different videos!

If you think this is good, wait til you see the next one 😍😍

It was just super cool that they wanted ME to be the one in the video presenting the info…

Hammonds home media is looking for a ACTIVE DUTY OR VETERAN FAMILY (husband and wife or husband wife and kids) that can be actors in a video for a REALTOR® this coming Monday morning 10:45am 5/25/26 -date subject to change based on weather!

WE NEED you to be IN UNIFORM as the premise of the video is helping soldiers PCS

THERE WONT BE ANY TALKING LINES- so no fear there!

I literally began to HATE real estate as a REALTOR® when I tried to do it all. I was so overwhelmed. Content as a REALTOR® should be simple! You have to run a full business, your time isn’t best spent on content creation but there’s so many cool videos out there of people telling you HOW to make all this cinematic cool content which yah, can be fun, and if you actually enjoy it, go for it, but if not, make good quality, simple videos that will still retain and audience and then on occasion when you can, throw in some premium content, maybe hire a media team to handle the more advanced stuff when you can… but DON’T get so burnt out because you feel so overwhelmed with all the do’s and don’ts ….

Remember, you’re great at what you do!!

I have never been ashamed of my faith. I’ve never been afraid of offending people. Even as a REALTOR® I was bold. And that was by God’s grace. But I’ve been allowing the enemy to creep in, and tell me “keep business separate” “don’t offend people” … well of offending one person saves another’s soul, then I’ve gotta do it. I shall fear God alone not man! Aside from God I HAVE NO BUSINESS, I have nothing.

I pray whoever hears this video knows my heart. Knows that I have nothing but love. Not judgement, not hate, but truly I love you! You are made in the image of God 💙💙
