The nostalgia of this photo. ✨

A quick stop yesterday evening at a a beach I spent my childhood, high school and college years frequenting. A warm April night, bonfires, dogs running, people laughing, reggae in the distance and the faint smell of w**d. Everyone gathered to bathe in the colored light sunset. Very reminiscent of the quintessential Humboldt summer nights I grew up in up loving so much.

I just happened to have my camera on me after leaving a session from a beach further north and brought it out caught these two and this sunset. Unplanned. In the moment. Complete perfection. 🤙🌊🌅

SURPRISE PROPOSAL — BANDON, OR

Michael proposed to Makenna in front of a quaint lighthouse tucked between the Coquille River and the Pacific Ocean. A complete surprise, with her family nearby to witness it all. It felt like a page from a fairytale. After congratulations shared we spent the rest of the time exploring the area and documenting Makenna and Michael’s excitement as it unfolded.

Sweet little moments of Elena and her bridal party getting ready before the ceremony.

Entering this Airbnb on the Brookings, Oregon coast I instantly felt a serene calm energy as I entered the house. Elena was getting her makeup done by and her girls were steaming dresses, pouring champagne and enjoying each other’s company. Every detail was put together with the utmost intention and care.
