I was at a thrift store yesterday and check out what I found! I've always wanted to track down an AE-1.

It needs a lens and a new battery. I'm going to track down those and hopefully it works. If so, I'm going to do a film shoot trip! If not, I have something cool to display.

Today's solar eclipse! Much of the US experienced totality; however, I was only able to get to Clarksville with 97.17% totality because of hotel costs and traffic. I was still able to get some incredible photos and memories to last a lifetime.

2023's Yamacon was a good chance to relax and get some hallway shots to meet and photograph some of the unique cosplayers (and a droid) I've seen in a while! Shoutouts to the Trunks and Halo Infinite Spartan with the cat ears attachment.

On April 8, a total solar eclipse will pass over the United States. I was able to witness the one in 2017 (the next one won't be for decades), so I plan to see this one. I'll be traveling to the path of totality to see this rare second in a lifetime opportunity.

I'm going to get another shot of a total solar eclipse. This is, to use a phrase from the great photographer Peter McKinnon, my bucket shot!
