Love the little photography community I have ❤️❤️
I was praying on this the other day and realized that I wanted to create an opportunity on my photography page for recognition every so often. It doesn’t have to have a catchy name but if it’s gonna,I felt like “Talk about it Tuesday” was a good one.
The point of this though is that I wanted to take an opportunity to support other photographers and small businesses. I saw a post the other day where a photographer drug other photographers for “stealing” her ideas and talked about gatekeeping. And I know we all have bills to pay, kids to feed, a business to run… but we have each other to support and be good to. The clients you’re meant to have will find their way to you, you don’t have to rag on others to create good business. We’re so worried about what other people are doing but we’re not worried about our own character.
So I’m taking the opportunity to start this today.
Today, I wanna recognize one of the photographers that has supported me from the start. Who never gate keeps. She’s helped me, I’ve helped her. We refer clients to each other whenever we can’t accommodate the need or date. She’s always so kind. Her work is phenomenal. She’s taken an enormous leap in her personal life and has accomplished so much (and looks amazing).
Tillybug Photography, LLC Autumn, I just wanted you to know I’m thankful for you and all the help you’ve offered me. I hope you, your family, and your business thrive in 2026!
