I did catch a beautiful sunset along Last Dollar road outside Ridgway and Telluride last week. The golden aspens below the snow-capped peaks drifting into the clouds was stunning.

Storm Chasing

When the forecast called for mountain snow this week, I had to head back out! I really hoped to catch the sunshine after the snowstorm on the Dallas Divide but the clouds never cleared out. I eventually decided to head around to Telluride and it was beautiful! I also caught an awesome sunset on Last Dollar! So happy to see the snow!

Mountain Magic

Last Wednesday evening was absolutely incredible!! After a rainy foggy day, the sunset broke through and illuminated the sky! I happened to be in a beautiful location near the town of Gothic and was lucky enough to capture this magical scene!

Into the Fall

I came up to the Aspen Valley yesterday to check on the leaves! Capitol Creek aspens still have some time, but it was fun watching the clouds peeling around Capitol! This morning at the Bells it was also stormy. Although sunlight never snuck through, it was fun hanging with the resident Beaver! Leaves at the Bells are awesome right now!
