Life isn’t perfect. In fact, it’s so incredibly far from it. Sometimes I feel so lost, and the fact that when you try to open up to someone.. and then shoot you down so quick is just degrading. I don’t judge your life and your experiences. My feelings and emotions are valid. I’m exhausted. Confused. Wandering. This past year was full of so many ups and downs, and as life starts to return to this new “normal,” we have to find out what “normal” even means. So be nice to people. Listen. Like a photo because Instagram shadowbans my account. Reach out to people and check on them. Love your neighbor. Love your enemy. “Be the change you want to see in the world.” ✌🏻

Mary, you’re as pretty as can be with a heart of gold. You listen when no one else even cares, and you do so without hesitation and judgement. You’re my better than anyone else, ride or die, best friend. You’re my Niall Horan, and my forever friend. We made this friendship from states apart, and I’m so incredibly happy for you and your hubs. Thank you for coming to Cali for my wedding, and I was delighted to be back in Michigan for yours. So happy we could share in this year of celebration!
